Terms of Service

Revenue OS is an AI revenue agent that works a business’s leads toward booked sales calls — drafting messages in your voice, sending from your own connected mailbox with your approval, capturing replies, and attributing outcomes. It’s provided on an “as-is” basis and we improve it continuously.

You confirm you have a lawful basis to contact every lead you import or connect (existing enquiries, customers, or opted-in contacts), and that you comply with the laws that apply to you — including the Australian Spam Act 2003, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR/UK GDPR and any local equivalents. You are responsible for the content you approve and the outcomes of your outreach. We provide compliance tooling (deterministic opt-out handling, unsubscribe footers, suppression) but you remain the sender.

Opt-outs (“STOP”, unsubscribe, and equivalents in any language) are honoured automatically and permanently, checked at import, draft, send and reply. Nothing sends until you approve it (unless you explicitly enable auto-send), and a kill switch pauses everything instantly. You must not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk messages.

For lead/contact data you import, you are the controller and we are your processor — see the Privacy Policy. We never sell personal data and never use one customer’s data to benefit another. Connection credentials are encrypted at rest.

Pricing is outcome-based: you pay per confirmed, calendar-verified booked call (deduped, counted once, itemised, sanity-capped), plus any flat components you’ve agreed. Free trials and free pilots incur no charge. Agencies/resellers are billed a wholesale rate on their roster’s confirmed calls. You can cancel any time; an unpaid self-serve account pauses (the agent stops) until billing is resolved.

We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, or any particular number of booked calls or revenue — outcomes depend on your leads, offer, and market. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may stop using the service and export or erase your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms (particularly the lawful-basis and anti-spam obligations) to protect recipients and the platform.
