The platform · how it actually works

One pipeline.
Nothing sends unearned.

Every lead — dead list or brand-new — moves through the same nine governed stages, from intake to a receipt for every booked call. This page walks the pipeline stage by stage, including everything built to stop it going rogue.

nine stages · one deterministic judge · four opt-out checkpoints · sanity-capped billing

[01] The pipeline

Nine stages. No shortcuts.

Each stage does one job — and each carries a safeguard that can stop the whole thing. The safeguards aren’t policy documents; they’re code in the path of every message.

01
Intake

Leads arrive from a pasted list, a Google Sheet, GoHighLevel, or your intake webhook — deduped and validated before a single word is written.

Safeguard

Anyone who ever opted out is skipped at the door. A holdout slice is set aside untouched, so the lift can be proven later.

02
Memory + research

The agent keeps a file on every lead — who they are, every prior touch, every reply — and that file becomes the only context the writer is allowed to use.

Safeguard

No file, no facts. Any claim the writer makes that isn't in the lead's file gets flagged as invented at the Judge.

03
Writer

Writes one message for one lead, in your voice, grounded in the lead's file — never a mail-merge blast.

Safeguard

A draft is only a draft. Nothing can send from this stage.

04
The Judge

A deterministic compliance layer, then five adversarial reviewers in parallel — fact-checker, human radar, sales coach, compliance officer, brand guard. Fail a lens, get one rewrite; still failing, go to a human.

Safeguard

Opt-out detection is pure regex — a legal decision never rides on an LLM. If the panel can't run, the system fails closed and holds the draft.

05
Approval

Anything the Judge couldn't fix lands in your approval queue with the exact issues named. You approve, edit, or kill it.

Safeguard

New accounts start drafts-only. Full-auto is a switch you flip per client — after you trust it, not before.

06
Paced send

Sends from your own mailbox, under your name, inside a daily cap that ramps up slowly on a fresh mailbox — so it never reads like a blast.

Safeguard

Suppression is re-checked at send time. An opt-out that arrived a second ago still kills the message.

07
Inbox loop

Watches the inbox around the clock — reads every reply, answers objections, qualifies, and moves warm leads toward a booked call.

Safeguard

A “stop” in any wording suppresses instantly and permanently. Anger, legal language, or “get me a human” holds the thread for you instead of auto-replying.

08
Follow-ups

Follows up for weeks with messages that never repeat themselves — and every follow-up passes the same Judge as the first touch.

Safeguard

A reply, a booking, a bounce, or an opt-out ends the sequence immediately.

09
The ledger

Writes the receipt: every booked call tied to the exact thread that earned it, metered per confirmed call.

Safeguard

Booked is never called won. Recovered revenue counts only the deals you confirm closed — we can't inflate it.

Where the leads come from: the same pipeline runs all three engines — Recovery (your dead list), Speed-to-lead (every new enquiry), Generation (net-new intent).

[02] What it plugs into

It runs on what you already use.

No rip-and-replace. Connect a mailbox, point it at your leads, and the pipeline runs.

Gmail / SMTP mailbox

Sends as you, from your own address — via a revocable app-password, never your real one. Kill our access in one click.

Google Sheets

Point it at a sheet. New rows become leads; nothing else in your stack has to change.

CSV paste

Paste your dead list straight in. Deduped, validated, holdout split — one step.

GoHighLevel

Pull your GHL contacts into the pipeline and work them under the same governance.

Intake webhook

Wire any form, funnel, or ad platform straight into intake with one URL.

Cal.com

Signature-verified booking webhooks confirm the call — the only event billing ever meters.

Email is the live channel today — send-as-you, from your own mailbox. We don’t claim channels we haven’t shipped.

[03] Governance

Built to be audited.

Autonomy you can hand to a client without holding your breath. Four mechanisms, all in the send path, all inspectable.

The Judge

Compliance is deterministic — the same input gives the same verdict every time, auditable and repeatable. Quality is a five-lens adversarial panel that hunts invented facts, template feel, pushiness, legal risk, and brand damage. If the panel can't run, nothing auto-sends.

Suppression at four checkpoints

One opt-out wall, checked at import, at draft, at send time, and on every inbound reply. And if the mailbox read-side fails, sending pauses — if it can't hear opt-outs, it doesn't speak.

The audit log

Operator and billing actions are written to an audit table that is deliberately excluded from account deletion — the trail outlives the account.

Sanity-capped billing

A bill counts only confirmed, in-period, billed-once, deduped, engine-enabled calls — itemised line by line. Any total over 3× your trailing average holds for human review before money moves.

Revocable app-password

You connect a revocable app-password — never your real one. Kill our access in one click, anytime.

AES-256, key outside the DB

Encrypted at rest and in transit. The key isn't even in our database — a database breach alone can't read your credentials.

Per-tenant isolation

Every client is walled off from every other. Never sold, never shared, never co-mingled.

Signed DPA + audit trail

We sign a Data Processing Agreement, and every action the agent takes is logged and reviewable.

[04] Three control planes

One engine, three dashboards.

Operator, agency, and the end client — each sees exactly what they should, off the same pipeline.

Illustrative — sample data. Multi-surface, multi-tenant control planes: the clearest signal this is a platform, not a service.

[05] The receipt

Every dollar has a receipt.

Every booked call is tied to the exact message thread that produced it — and because a holdout slice of your list is left untouched, the lift over doing nothing is measured, not asserted. It sends from your own mailbox, so the conversations sit in your inbox — verify them yourself. Recovered revenue counts only deals you confirm closed. We can’t inflate it; you can’t doubt it.
